Design Concept

Toofer Villas is a smart response to Berawa’s property dynamics, where flexibility is the key to maximizing both lifestyle enjoyment and investment returns. The twin-villa concept means the property can adapt to demand — operating as two intimate private villas for couples, or opening the connecting garden gate to create a single compound for families or groups. Architecturally, the two villas are designed as complementary siblings — sharing a design language but each possessing its own character and spatial personality.
