The design creates a cohesive architectural ensemble where guests in both the villa and suites share access to premium amenities while maintaining their own distinct sense of privacy and space.
Suniva Suites and Villa responds to Canggu’s booming hospitality market by creating an architectural hybrid — part private home, part boutique hotel. The design clusters suites around shared tropical gardens and a central pool, while the owner’s villa occupies a privileged position with enhanced privacy and direct amenity access. The architecture creates a sense of community among guests while ensuring each room feels like an individual retreat, balancing the commercial imperative with genuine spatial quality.
